The Nd3 Solid Citrus energy bar from Infisport acts as a good energy recovery product, as well as providing antioxidant, neutralising and defatiguing properties that are optimal for a good physical workout. It is an ideal food or snack for post-training or during the hours of greatest physical intensity, as it promotes muscle recovery, helps to improve performance and delays fatigue and tiredness by maintaining adequate levels of glycogen in the body. Its formula is enriched with essential branched-chain amino acids (BCAA'S) in an 8:1:1 ratio (Leucine+), L-Glutamine that promote greater physical performance. Leucine+ helps to improve endurance during intense efforts and acts to prevent the degradation of muscle tissue due to natural ageing. It also has a favourable effect on carbohydrate metabolism.
L-Glutamine helps prevent muscle damage, supports muscle recovery and increases performance during exercise. In addition, the formula of this bar incorporates optimal doses of vitamin E and C, essential nutrients that act as powerful antioxidants and B vitamins (B1, B6) that contribute to normal energy metabolism and reduce the feeling of asthenia. It also contains zinc, an important mineral that contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system. This product contains 50 mg of caffeine and pomegranate extract with high antioxidant power. It does not contain fat or any coating that could cause the bar to spoil or melt during transport or storage.
