Glutamin + Zinc food supplement, developed by INFISPORT, is a product in soluble powder format designed to boost and improve muscle recovery and reduce fatigue after training. Its formula is also enriched with zinc and vitamin B6. Zinc is a micronutrient or mineral, which is directly involved in the normal functioning of the immune system and the protection of cells from oxidative damage and wear and tear. Vitamin B6, on the other hand, contributes to the metabolism of proteins and glycogen, facilitating muscle recovery and helping to keep energy at its peak so as not to feel fatigue or tiredness.
