Explivar plus is a powdered food supplement to be dissolved in water based on atomixed extract of polypodium leucotomonos without additives.
In both long-term and short-term, high-intensity sports, the body is subjected to muscle damage due to the thousands of contractions and high intensity of the muscle fibres required to perform the sport. EXPLIVAR® PLUS contains 535mg of atomised Polypodium leucotomos extract per serving and is free of additives. In the various doctoral theses and studies published on Polypodium leucotomos, biochemical parameters measuring muscle damage such as cortisol and creatine phosphokinase (CPK) have been studied, and a significant reduction (p<0.05) in these markers was observed in the group that ingested the plant extract. It contains isomaltulose, a disaccharide carbohydrate composed of glucose and fructose which, through an enzymatic process, achieves a low glycaemic index, lower than that of common sucrose, allowing a slow assimilation of these sugars.
Dissolve 15 g, 1 dispenser, per 150 ml of water. Contains measuring cup. RECOMMENDED DOSE: Microcycle for a competition, training or demanding event, take 1 serving before breakfast, lunch and dinner 2 days before the competition, the day of the competition and 2 days after.
