COMPLEX 3:1 RECOVERY comes in a 660g tin in berry flavour.
Dissolve 5 scoops (60g) in 400ml of water and drink within 30 minutes after exercise. Shake well to ensure perfect dissolution of the product. Contains mediator. RECOMMENDED DOSE: 60-120 g/day.
