"Its new formulation is composed of: 2:1 glucose:fructose ratio: this combination of carbohydrates from maltodextrin and fructose contributes to the replenishment of both muscle and liver glycogen, both of which are necessary in the post-exercise recovery process. High quality protein from whey isolate (ISOLAC®) obtained by CFM (cross-flow microfiltration) rich in essential amino acids and low in fat. Protein has been scientifically proven to help maintain and increase muscle mass during physical exertion. Up to 100% NRV in the recommended daily allowance of vitamins A, D, E, C and B group and the minerals magnesium, copper, manganese and zinc. Up to 800mg of sodium in the recommended daily dose to support rehydration after training and competitions. Flavour comes from a natural flavour source, with no artificial sweetener or colouring. COMPLEX 3:1 RECOVERY comes in a 660g tin in berry flavour.

Instructions for use

Dissolve 5 scoops (60g) in 400ml of water and drink within 30 minutes after exercise. Shake well to ensure perfect dissolution of the product. Contains mediator. RECOMMENDED DOSE: 60-120 g/day.
