Novadiet has created Herbodiet Inf., a mixture of medicinal herbs that is enriched with vitamins. It can be taken as an infusion. It helps to reduce body measurements and keep a flat stomach. It has depurative and laxative properties.
Herbodiet is an infusion that combines a large number of herbs and vitamins. Its main active ingredients are beans, couch grass, horsetail and senna. Thanks to these components, it acts as a natural laxative and diuretic.
It contains 25 % bean pods, a dried seed recognised for its antioxidant properties. It also helps to keep the urinary system in good condition, soothing cystitis, oliguria, urethritis and urolithiasis. This legume is used to treat obesity and weight control, as well as for hyperlipidaemia and diabetes.
Beans are high in water and fibre, but have very few calories. These properties make it an ideal ingredient for dietary regimes. As well as contributing to a healthy diet, it promotes the proper functioning of intestinal transit.
As for couch grass, it is rich in potassium and is said to have depurative and disinfectant functions. Its root is used as a urinary detoxifier. Horsetail, mixed with the other plants, enhances these benefits, facilitating the elimination of toxins and fluids.
The product contains senna, a plant with a high laxative power. It is noted for stimulating the intestinal mucosa and increasing the undulatory movements of the colon until its contents are pushed out. It also increases water secretion. Herbodiet Inf. Vientre Plano 20 Filters Novadiet is recommended for people who wish to maintain or control their weight. It is also indicated for physiological excretion and diuresis.
As a daily dose, it is recommended to take 2 or 3 infusions. Place one bag in a cup, add boiling water, cover and leave to steep for approximately 5 minutes. Sugar can be added or the infusion can be taken as it is.
This product is not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women. It is also not suitable for people suffering from abdominal pain.
