INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Teeth should be flossed to remove food debris and plaque that remains between the teeth and under the gums, where the toothbrush cannot reach. Flossing your teeth once a day removes plaque before it turns into tartar. Choose a floss that widens when you slide it between your teeth. Cut approximately 45 centimetres of floss and wrap the ends around the middle finger of each hand. Squeeze the floss between your thumbs and forefingers, leaving 2 to 3 centimetres of floss between each finger. Hold the floss taut and guide it between the teeth using a "zig-zag" motion. Carefully insert the floss between the teeth. Slide the floss from top to bottom over the tooth surface and also under the gum. Clean each tooth thoroughly with a clean section of floss.
