Food supplement with DHA from microalgae, folic acid, iodine, iron, vitamin D and other vitamins and minerals suitable for promoting conception. It also helps to achieve a good nutritional state in women, essential for the correct development of the embryo and foetus.

DHA from microalgae (100 mg): helps to improve ovulation and promotes embryo implantation.

Folic acid (400 µg): helps to prevent neural tube defects in the foetus

Iodine (150 µg): essential for fetal cognitive and neurological development

Vitamin D (10 µg): promotes calcium absorption for proper bone formation in the foetus

Iron (18 mg): essential for the production of red blood cells and to ensure iron reserves, helping to prevent anaemia in pregnancy.

Beta-carotene - Provitamin A (0.8 mg): essential for embryonic development.

Other vitamins and minerals to achieve optimal levels of micronutrients to help promote conception.

Complies with SEGO (Spanish Society of Gynaecology and Obstetrics) recommendations: 400 µg of folic acid and 150 µg of iodine, at least 3 months before conception.
