1. Open the straps and peel off the webbing. Centre the support along the lower back, with the support cushion on both sides of the spine and the curved end facing down.
2. Wrap the straps tightly around the waist and attach the anchorage hook over the stomach.
3. Pull the side straps forward and fasten along the panels of the strap to achieve the desired level of support.
