MELATONIN 1900 FLASH provides a dose of 1.9 mg of melatonin, which helps to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep and mitigate the effects of jet lag. Its vanilla-flavoured orodispersible form melts under the tongue without adding water, and allows rapid assimilation by the body.

Instructions for use

In case of difficulty falling asleep: take 1 tablet a day, allowing it to melt under the tongue, without drinking water, at bedtime.
In case of jet lag: take 1 tablet a day, allowing it to melt under the tongue, without drinking water, from the first day of the journey and for the following days, until the effects of jet lag are no longer felt.
