The team of experts at Farmalastic has produced a pair of therapeutic long stockings for men, which are used to treat ailments caused by varicose veins or inflammation of muscles and joints. They are black, normal compression and extra-large size.
Farmalastic, men's long stocking in black and large size, are therapeutic stockings of normal compression 22-29 mm Hg, which serve to reduce the diameter of the veins. This effect is achieved through a pressure process, which helps to relieve pain caused by varicose veins and other effects of inflammation in joints. In addition, they are used to prevent the occurrence of venous thrombosis.
The compression effect is decreasing, from the upper thigh to the tip of the foot, to create a feeling of comfort when walking, sitting or lying down. In addition, they are made of a thick, compact fabric, which conforms to the shape of the leg, promotes perspiration and reduces sweating to stimulate blood circulation.
They are made with high quality yarns and fibres.
Therapeutic stockings are recommended for people suffering from any of the following pathologies: chronic venous insufficiency (CVI), oedema, primary and secondary varicosis, post-traumatic or postoperative oedematous swellings, post-thrombotic syndrome, thrombophlebitis, thrombophlebitis, and other conditions.thrombophlebitis, phlebothrombosis, angiodysplasia, lymphoedema, congestive states due to immobility, thrombosis prophylaxis, congestive arthrogenic syndrome, lipedema and venous ulcerations, in case of non-tolerance to strong compression. They also serve as a tool in the treatment of sclerotherapy.
The toe of the Farmalastic stockings should be placed on the toes and gradually pulled up to the upper thigh. The manufacturer recommends handling them only with the fingertips and avoid handling them with accessories, such as bracelets or rings, to prevent them from tangling and tearing the fabric.
After use, they should be washed by hand with neutral soap and cold water or below 30°C. Do not dry in direct sunlight. Do not iron.
The contact of the garment with creams or oils deteriorates the lycra fibres, making them less elastic and weaker.
This product should not be used by persons suffering from any of the following pathologies: advanced peripheral arterial obstructive disease, septic phlebitis, decompensated heart failure, phlegmasia cerulea dolens or advanced peripheral neuropathy due to diabetes mellitus.
Its use should also be avoided if allergy to any of the materials from which it was manufactured is identified.
