The pads can be used daily for several months provided that the instructions for storage and use are followed. Plantar: Their small size allows them to be worn with your usual shoes.

An adhesive allows them to be perfectly fixed to the shoe. The pads are not visible from the outside. Can be used barefoot and even with flip-flops. Place them in direct contact with the skin for optimal comfort (except in case of unprotected wounds). Place the two pads inside the shoes in the wider area at the front.
