Their ergonomic design allows them to adhere precisely to the footwear without generating movement. They have a soft, smooth texture to help reduce the pressure exerted by the sole of the foot on the shoe when walking or standing. They are recommended to help prevent fatigue. The insoles can be used by anyone with a medium to large foot size, whether normal, flat or cavus. They provide additional comfort for those with high sole sensitivity. They are designed to be used in both indoor shoes and sandals.

This product is recommended for people with large shoe sizes such as 35-36 (S), 37-38 (M) or 39-40 (L). The insoles are made to fit size L, but can be trimmed to fit smaller shoes and feet.

Avoid inserting the insoles without modifying the toe box in shoes smaller than sizes 39-40 (L).
