• After washing, the pad must not be left to dry in the sun or under any source of heat, as this may damage the materials. It should also not be ironed.
• It is not recommended to use it on one foot only, as this can cause an imbalance when walking.
• This product should be replaced after 3 to 6 months of use because after this time it should be very worn out. Therefore, it would no longer provide the same benefits.
• Do not use a different size than the one you normally use. If it is too small, it can lead to poor blood flow in the foot. On the other hand, if it is too large, it can easily become uncomfortable and cause discomfort.
