Ingredients: Bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), magnesium oxide, stabiliser (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), anti-caking agent (talc), niacin (nicotinamide), anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids), melatonin, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride).

Directions for use

How to take Take 1 whole tablet a day 30 minutes before going to bed. When travelling: Take 1 whole tablet on the first day of travel and a few days after arrival at your destination.
