EPAPLUS Mentalcare Ansilium is a nutritional supplement based on Lactium®, ashwagandha and biotin.

Composition

Ingredients: Lactium® hydrolysed milk decapeptide, maize maltodextrin, capsule:
gelatine, ashwagandha extract (Withania somnifera, root), anti-caking agents: magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide, magnesium
magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide, colouring agent: calcium carbonate, D-biotin (vitamin H).

How to use

How to take
Take one capsule a day with a glass of water.
The dose can be two capsules a day.
In case of occasional stress, take 4 capsules in the evening and 4 capsules the following morning.
