Melatonin: Each tablet contains 1.98 mg of melatonin. Melatonin (1 mg) helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. In addition, the RETARD tablet formulation allows for a prolonged and steady release of melatonin throughout the night (up to 8 hours).

Ashwagandha: Contributes to emotional balance and helps the body manage stress, which also makes it easier to fall asleep.

Tryptophan: Plays an important physiological role in several biological processes and is involved in the production of serotonin, a precursor of the hormone melatonin.

Magnesium, Vitamin B3 and Vitamin B6: contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system and help reduce fatigue and tiredness.

RECOMMENDED DAILY DOSE
It is recommended to take 1 tablet daily, approximately 30 minutes before bedtime. One tablet may also be taken on the first day of a journey and for a few days after arrival at your destination. The tablets should be swallowed whole.
