Cover opened cans and store in a cool, dry place, but not refrigerated. Once opened, use the contents within 3 weeks. Once reconstituted, use immediately, or cover, refrigerate and use within 24 hours.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
2 intakes of 230 ml per day.
To prepare one 230 ml serving, pour approximately 195 ml of cold water into a glass and gradually add 6 level scoops (one scoop is included in the can) or 53.3g. Stir or shake gently to dissolve the powder.
