Directions for use

How to prepare: Dissolve one teaspoon (5g) of the product in 250ml of water (one glass). Do not take more than half a litre (2 glasses) of drink prepared in this way per day. The second glass can be drunk 2 hours after the first (not before).

Pharmaceutical advice

Do not consume this product if you have kidney, liver and/or heart problems, hypertension, allergy to any of the product's ingredients or a low sodium diet, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. This product may cause mild stomach or intestinal irritation, including gas and bloating. Do not take for more than 14 days in a row. It is advisable, if you are taking medication, to take it at a different time of the day as ENO ACTIVE may affect the absorption of medication in the stomach. Keep out of the reach of children. This product is not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet. Contains orange yellow, may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.
