Ducray Keracnyl Serum is a cosmetic serum for daily skin care to reduce skin imperfections. It helps to reduce pigmentation spots, fine lines and wrinkles caused by skin ageing.
Keracnyl is a permanent serum from the Ducray brand designed to care for combination, acne-prone skin with blemishes and the first signs of ageing. It has a triple action formula that favours the elimination of red and dark patches by toning the skin tone and also provides smoothness by helping to blur wrinkles and imperfections.
Acne in adult women is more common than you might think and often produces recognisable signs such as red or brown pigmentation, scarring and irregularities in skin texture.
Keracnyl contains azelaic acid, which helps to diminish stubborn marks and reduce fine lines, helping to correct early signs of ageing and dark marks on the skin. It also contains the natural extract Myrtacine®, a patented ingredient with anti-acneic action that corrects skin imperfections and helps to create a healthy biofilm without the build-up of dead skin cells and oil.
Using this serum creates a smooth, clean result on the skin, creating a protective layer that promotes the balance of the skin's acid mantle and acts against pollutants, making it ideal for use as a make-up base. Its texture is fluid and light, therefore, it is absorbed quickly and contains a light and exquisite scent.
Ducray Keracnyl is indicated to help the recovery of combination skin with acne tendency, with imperfections and in early stages of ageing.
Apply Keracnyl to a clean, dry face and neck twice a day for a minimum of 6 weeks for visible and long-lasting results.

Do not expose to heat sources as there is a risk of altering the properties of its components. Due to its depigmenting action, it is important to avoid direct exposure to the sun and to use sunscreen during use. If any unfavourable reaction is observed, discontinue use and consult a skin specialist.
