Chondroitin and glucosamine are two substances that are widely known in the world of sport. Chondroitin, also known as chondroitin sulphate, is a substance that is generally associated with proteins. Drasanvi's chondroitin is of marine origin. Glucosamine hydrochloride, known as glucosamine, is an amino sugar that participates in the glycosylation of some proteins and lipids. This makes it a precursor of glycosaminoglycans, glycolipids and proteoglycans (one of the two major substances in joint cartilage). The glucosamine used in our capsules is HCl.
