The horse chestnut is a tree native to Asia and belongs to the sapindaceae family. It can reach 30 metres in height. It has a straight trunk and develops numerous branches. The leaves are large and opposite, have a long petiole and are divided into 7 leaflets. Horse Chestnut seeds contain saponins, mainly Aescin. We have selected a glycerinated Horse Chestnut extract with a 1:6 ratio. This means that for every gram of extract, 6 grams of plant have been used. Our glycerinated Horse Chestnut extract is titrated in Aescin 16 mg/ml, providing 48 mg per day.
