It is also designed to be taken by anyone without a doctor's prescription, as it does not cause allergies or stomach disorders such as abdominal pain or diarrhoea.

Regular consumption provides melatonin, passionflower extract and gaba. Melatonin is the main component of this product, as it is responsible for regulating sleep and its properties do not make the body dependent on it. Although melatonin is found naturally in the body, people suffering from insomnia require a supplement to regulate or increase its levels.

Passionflower extract and gaba are the two components added to the product to increase the action of melatonin. Passionflower has a relaxing effect on the body and mood. Gaba is an amino acid that has the ability to block certain stimuli between nerve cells. This means that it will help regulate brain activity so that the person can fall asleep more effectively or take less time to do so.

It is indicated for people of all ages who are interested in being able to sleep more easily and wish to have a continuous and restful sleep.

The product can be taken a maximum of once a day (one tablet), 30 minutes before going to bed and always at the same time. It should be taken with plenty of water or fruit juice that is not too heavy for the body.
