Dechra Lubrithal Gel 10 g

Dechra Lubrithal Gel is a treatment specially formulated for dogs and cats. This product provides the nutrients necessary to maintain or increase eye moisture.

The eye is a structure that must always be kept moist in order to function properly. If it dries out for any reason, there can be discomfort and burning or itching, depending on the case. This is a dangerous thing for animals because they can scratch strongly and injure themselves. In some cases, this can even affect their vision. In order to prevent any problems, the treatment has the following advantages and characteristics:

• It provides some water molecules and other nutrients that aim to lubricate the eye and eyelids. The first thing this minimises is discomfort and irritation.
• It helps to improve the tear film, which is responsible for protecting the eyes from external agents.
• Its components are mild and do not easily generate allergic reactions. This is an advantage for pets that are genetically sensitive.

It is suitable for both cats and dogs with dry eyes (it can certainly be used for all breeds). It is suitable in case of dry keratoconjunctivitis and exposure keratitis.

Apply two to three drops a day in each eye of the pet. In order for the animal to allow the product to be applied, it is best to first calm it down a little and not to harass it too much. As it will be applied to the eyes, it is unlikely that it will allow itself to be treated without resisting even a little. On the other hand, if this product is being used for the first time, the best thing to do is to go to the vet. This is the one who will say whether the dryness is due to natural reasons or to some condition the animal is suffering from. In the latter case, another treatment can be started to complement this one.

Keep out of reach of children and in a cool, dry place so that its components remain in good condition.
