Chicco - Digital Thermometer is an accessory that can measure temperature giving very accurate and reliable results. This product is designed to measure temperature in two different ways in babies and children. Firstly, by placing the thermometer in the armpits. The second way is a bit more complex, but can be more effective.

The measurement in the rectum is very reliable because it is an area with sensitive mucous membranes. Often the child feels sick, but does not show signs of fever in the armpits. When there is an illness, the mucous membranes are the first to show signs of fever. In this way, the condition can be detected more easily and the child can be treated if necessary.

• You should only wait 15 seconds to get the result.

It is not possible to measure the temperature of the mouth with this product. In addition, the child's temperature must not be altered. If hot or cold compresses have been used, you should wait a moment to find out the real temperature (in the case of the armpits).
