Apply the Vinosculpt Lifting & Firming Body Balm morning and evening on clean, dry skin and massage vigorously on the arms, bust, abdomen and buttocks until the product is completely absorbed. To further increase effectiveness, finish the application with a pinch-roll massage (pinch the skin between thumb and forefinger, lift and roll it between the fingers) to "break up" the cellulite in the affected areas.
