Hypertonic saline solution with hyaluronic acid that decongestsand frees the closed nose in case of cold, rhinitis and sinusitis.

Nebial 3% is a nasal spray of a 3% hypertonic saline solution with added Hyaluronic Acid. It has a decongestant action on the nasal mucosa, as well as a mucus-fluidising effect. It helps to drain secretions and therefore serves to keep the nasal passages clear, especially in case of colds, allergic rhinitis, rhinosinusitis and sinusitis. In general, it frees up the closed nose and improves breathing. The solution is nebulised with the specific device (BOV sprayer, Bag on Valve) with paediatric applicator.

100 ml spray format. Preservative-free.
Dosage varies according to the age of the patient.
- Infants: 1 application per nostril 1-2 times a day.
- Children: 1-3 applications per nostril 2-3 times a day.
- Adults: 2-4 applications per nostril 3-4 times a day.
- Detach the protective capsule from the top of the sprayer and insert the dispenser.
- With the head tilted to one side (never backwards), gently insert the anatomical dispenser into the nostril. In any case, NEBIAL 3% can be administered in any position.
- Press the dispenser for a few seconds to allow the product to come out.
- Turn the head to the other side and repeat the operation in the other nostril.
- Rinse the dispenser carefully under running water before storing NEBIAL 3%.
In children under one year of age, use on doctor's advice.
The 100 ml aerosol of 3% hypertonic solution contains: sodium chloride, sodium hyalunotarate. Buona Nevial 3% does not contain preservatives so the chances of allergic reactions are reduced.
