Unless otherwise advised, it is recommended to take 1 to 2 capsules a day during or immediately after meals. It is recommended to divide the daily dose into several ingestion times. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. In case of difficulty in swallowing, the capsule can be opened. Store in a dry place at room temperature.
