Siberian ginseng root extract (Eleutherococcus senticosus radix), standardised to a minimum of 0.8% total eleutherosides 200.00 mg Schisandra fruit extract (Schisandra chinensis fructus), standardised to a minimum of 2% schisandrins 160,00 mg Ashwagandha root extract (Withania somnifera radix), standardised to at least 2,5 % withanolides 140,00 mg Chinese ginseng root extract (Panax ginseng radix), standardised to at least 4 % ginsenosides 100,00 mg Rhodiola root extract (Rhodiola rosea radix), standardised to at least 2 % rosavins and at least 1 % salidrosides 60,00 mg Relaxonyl American ginseng root extract (Panax quinquefolius radix), standardised to at least 10 % ginsenosides 60,00 mg Japanese tempera tree leaf extract (Ginkgo biloba folia), standardised to a minimum of 24% ginkgo flavone glycosides, a minimum of 6% ginkgo terpene lactones and less than 5 ppm ginkgolic acids 40,00 mg
Unless otherwise advised, it is recommended to take one capsule 2-4 times daily during or immediately after meals. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. In case of difficulty in swallowing, the capsule can be opened. Store in a cool place at room temperature.
Capsule shell (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), Eleutherococcus senticosus, bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), Schisandra chinensis, Withania somnifera, Panax ginseng, Panax quinquefolius, Rhodiola rosea, Ginkgo biloba, anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids). Does not contain: yeast, added sucrose, preservatives, colourings, artificial flavours and flavourings.
Do not use in combination with antidepressants and sleeping pills. Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use in case of thyroid disease or simultaneous use with thyroid hormones. If you have any symptoms of liver problems, consult your doctor. Ashwagandha may, in rare cases, cause liver problems. This product may alter the effect of anticoagulants (blood thinners). Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
