Generically, 5 globules 3 times a day are recommended. However, it is a medicine with an individualised dosage, i.e. each person, depending on their specific case, will be prescribed one or another dosage.
Phosphorus globules is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any of the excipients of this medicinal product included in the composition section.

For homeopathic medicinal products, possible side effects derive from the pharmacological or toxicological properties of the raw materials or excipient(s). No clinical studies are available to report on the frequency of adverse reactions.
Warnings on excipients: Phosphorus globules contains 0.038g lactose in 5 globules. Patients with hereditary galactose intolerance, total lactase deficiency or glucose or galactose absorption problems should not take this medicine. Phosphorus globules contain 0.21g sucrose in 5 globules. Patients with hereditary fructose intolerance, glucose or galactose absorption problems, or sucrase-isomaltase insufficiency should not take this medicine. It may damage the teeth.
