For a shock treatment, apply three times a week for several weeks and then use once or twice a week for maintenance. Apply to wet scalp and leave on for a few minutes before rinsing.
Seborrhoeic dermatitis is a condition that affects the face, scalp and behind the ears, areas where there is a high concentration of sebaceous glands. It is an infection of the sebum by the Malassezia fungus, causing greasy scaly plaques, redness, itching and burning. It is characterised on the scalp by dandruff and itching. Node DS+, with brown algae extracts and Zanthalene soothes itching and with salicylic acid, ichthyol and juniper which have keratolytic action break up the scales and prevent recurrences.
