Barifiber is a food designed for the dietary management of patients who need to increase their fibre intake and cannot get enough through their regular diet. After undergoing bariatric surgery, the digestive system undergoes major changes that can affect gut health. Dietary fibre plays a crucial role in these cases as it can prevent constipation, a common concern after bariatric surgery due to changes in the digestive system and food and fluid intake. Fibre supplementation may help maintain a healthy digestive system and promote proper bowel transit.

Composition

Acacia fibre, corn fibre (resistant starch) and oat fibre.

Directions for use

Dissolve the contents of 1 measuring spoon of BariFiber (3.5g) in 200ml of any liquid food. Whether it is water, herbal tea, broth or puree, simply shake or whisk until the powder is completely dissolved. Remember to follow the specialist's recommendations and take 2 to 4 measuring spoons per day.
