After undergoing bariatric surgery, it is common to experience a decrease in calcium absorption. This can occur in different surgical techniques, whether restrictive, malabsorptive or mixed. As a result, up to 90% of people may experience calcium deficiency after surgery. It is therefore important to supplement with calcium to maintain adequate levels in the body.

Composition

Calcium citrate, bulking agent (sorbitol*), fructose, anti-caking agents (magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide), flavouring, acidity regulator (citric acid), sweetener (sucralose) and cholecalciferol (vitamin D).

**Excessive consumption may cause laxative effects.

Instructions for use

We recommend taking BariCalcium tablets after meals, accompanied by water. It is important to avoid taking them at the same time as other food supplements or medicines containing iron. The recommended dose is 4 chewable tablets a day. Follow your nutritionist's instructions for best results.
