Directions for use

Nutritional supplement with sugar and sweetener. Adults and adolescents from 15 years of age: Chew or suck one (1) tablet daily, preferably in the morning. Children (over 6 years of age): Chew or suck half (1/2) tablet daily, preferably in the morning. Suitable for vegans. Suitable for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
