Directions for use

From 15 years of age. One ampoule per day, can be taken on its own or diluted in half a glass of water or juice. Due to the natural character of the product, it may contain sediment. This does not affect the quality of the product. Simply shake the ampoule before use. Shake the ampoule before opening. Hold the ampoule with the thin side up and, using both thumbs, press it down. A trick to open the ampoule easily is to keep one ampoule, already empty of its contents, and use it by prying it open (see the pictures on the package).
