Arkopharma Arkovital Double Magnesium is a dietary supplement containing a combination of two forms of magnesium: magnesium oxide and magnesium citrate. Magnesium is an essential mineral for the proper functioning of the body, as it is involved in more than 300 enzymatic reactions. This product is used to supplement daily magnesium intake and help maintain a proper mineral balance in the body. Magnesium contributes to the normal functioning of muscles, the nervous system and energy metabolism, among other health benefits.

 

 

Directions for use


For children from 6 yearsof age: 1 tablet a day at breakfast, accompanied by a large glass of water.

For people aged 15 and over, the daily dose can be increased to 2 tablets (1 in the morning and 1 in the evening) in cases of fatigue, nervousness or more intense stress.

This product is not recommended for people sensitive to iodine and it is recommended not to exceed the recommended daily dose.

It is essential to maintain a varied and balanced diet and to adopt a healthy lifestyle. Food supplements should not replace a balanced diet.

Keep this product out of the reach of young children and avoid taking it if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. Remember to protect it from light, heat and moisture to maintain its integrity.
