1 ampoule a day, at breakfast.

Dilute the ampoule in half a glass of water or fruit juice (125 ml). Due to the natural nature of the product, a slight sediment may appear.

It is advisable to shake the ampoule before use. Hold the ampoule with the thin side up and, with the help of one or both thumbs, press it down. A trick to open the ampoule easily is to keep one ampoule, already empty of its contents, and use it by prying it open until it breaks.

The 20-day course of product can be repeated several times a year.

- Not to be taken by pregnant or breastfeeding women, or by persons under 18 years of age.
- Not recommended for people sensitive to iodine or allergic to salicylic derivatives or those under anticoagulant treatment.
- Should not be consumed if other products containing green tea are already being consumed on the same day.
- Should not be taken on an empty stomach.
- Not recommended in case of allergy or hypersensitivity to any of its ingredients.
- A daily amount of 800 mg or more of epigallocatechin (-)3-gallate (EGCG) should not be consumed. Contains about 5 mg EGCG per ampoule.
