What is Aquilea Melatonin?

Instructions for use

Dosage varies according to the results to be obtained:

• To aid sleep: take 1 tablet a day 1 or 2 hours before bedtime.
• To help relieve jet lag: On the first day of travel, take 1 tablet in the evening before going to bed. Repeat for several nights.

It is recommended to take the tablet at the same time each day.

Composition

Each capsule of Aquilea Melatonin contains: Melatonin 1.95 mg, vitamin B6 0.7 mg (50% RDA)*, microcrystalline cellulose (stabiliser), magnesium stereate (stabiliser), silicon oxide (anti-caking agent), hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (stabiliser), colouring agents: titanium dioxide and indigo carmine.
