Melatonin helps to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained with an intake of 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime. Directions for use
Take 1 gummy, 30 minutes before bedtime, when needed. From 4 years of age. Chew well before swallowing.
