Lecithin is the phospholipid that gives flexibility to the membranes of all living things, and is also the molecule that esterifies cholesterol and carries it to the liver. It also emulsifies fats, promoting their digestion and dispersion in the blood, preventing the formation of atheromas and even dissolving existing ones.

Lecithin is the food that provides phosphorus and choline.

Instructions for use

Take 2 to 3 teaspoons a day, taken directly with a liquid or mixed with yoghurt, etc. In case of high triglycerides or cholesterol, take 3 teaspoons a day.

Two teaspoons provide 7 g of soya lecithin.
