L-Arginine, L-Glutamine, maltodextrin, Hydroxy Methyl Butyrate (calcium salt), orange juice powder, orange flavouring, acidulant (citric acid), colouring (ß-carotene) and sweeteners (sucralose and acesulfame potassium).
It is recommended to take one sachet (25g) dissolved in water or other liquid of choice, once a day. It can be taken before, during or after physical activity.
