First open the fasteners and position the hand so that the thumb is in the hollow. Wrap the wrist support around the hand and close the wrist support and then the finger support.
Tighten the laces to a firm and comfortable level of support. If too much pressure is felt, open the wrist support again and repeat the procedure to achieve better support.
This product is intended for daytime use only. It should be removed before going to bed. Wrist straps come in different sizes, it is advisable to choose one that fits the size of the wrist, otherwise it may cause inadequate compression.
