Vitamins and minerals are essential for the proper functioning of the body, especially at times when the body is subjected to training loads, stress or lack of rest.

Vegan Vitamin + contains all the necessary vitamins and minerals, of which we highlight:

Vitamin C (500mg - 625% of NRV): contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system during and after intense physical exercise, contributes to normal collagen formation for normal functioning of blood vessels, bones and cartilage, contributes to normal energy metabolism, helps reduce tiredness and fatigue and improves iron absorption.
Vitamin E (40 mg - 333.33% of NRV): With antioxidant properties, it contributes to the protection of cells against oxidative damage.
Vitamin B12 (10µg - 400% of NRV): contributes to normal energy metabolism, normal functioning of the immune system and helps to reduce tiredness and fatigue.
Iron (14mg - 100% of NRV): is essential as its main function is to produce red blood cells and haemoglobin, essential for cellular oxygenation.
Magnesium (200mg): helps to reduce tiredness and fatigue, contributes to electrolyte balance and the normal functioning of the nervous system and muscles.
Organic silicon (25mg) extracted from dried bamboo extract: an essential mineral for our bodies. Its main property is the production of collagen, essential for the formation of bones, cartilage, tendons and muscles, providing elasticity to all tissues.
Coenzyme Q10: this is a molecule that is produced naturally in our body until we are about 40 years old. It helps to transform nutrients into energy and has many benefits such as strengthening the immune system, reducing fatigue and slowing down ageing as it reduces cellular oxidative stress.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE Take 2 capsules a day between main meals so that food does not interfere with the assimilation of vitamins and minerals.
