Pre Workout is formulated with specific ingredients to optimize training sessions both long distance to avoid muscle catabolism, as in explosive gym sessions, whether series, intervals or HIT, and highly recommended for sports such as CROSSFIT.

Its main functions are to increase nitric oxide in the blood, increase muscle strength, act as an anti-catabolic, thus helping to reduce muscle destruction, promoting recovery and delaying the onset of fatigue.

Each dose contains:

500 mg Arginine AKG: Arginine Alpha Ketoglutarate is an evolved form of arginine, which improves its assimilation and absorption. It is the amino acid precursor of nitric oxide and contributes to improved endothelial dilation of blood vessel walls, thereby increasing blood flow and the amount of nitric oxide in the blood. It is also necessary for protein synthesis within the body's tissues, thus promoting tissue repair.

2000 mg Beta Alanine: This is a non-essential amino acid that promotes the synthesis of carnosine within muscle fibres, significantly increasing the levels of this substance in the muscles. Its main functions are PH regulation, preventing acidity in the body produced by lactate, which delays the onset of fatigue. It maintains ATP reserves, which is the source of energy for cellular functions, and increases calcium sensitivity in muscle fibres, increasing strength while reducing fatigue during muscle activity.
3000 mg Creatine: Its function is to increase muscle phosphocreatine stores so that ATP can continue to be produced, providing the energy needed to keep muscles working during high-intensity exercise.
3000 mg HMB: HMB, also known as beta-hydroxy-beta-methylbutyrate, is a metabolite of Leucine. It increases protein synthesis while reducing protein breakdown (anti-catabolic). Increases muscle strength, prevents and reduces muscle damage, aiding recovery. Increases the maximum amount of oxygen we can absorb during physical activity, having a positive impact on our anaerobic power.
250mg Caffeine anhydrous*: Caffeine acts as a stimulant that boosts the central nervous system, increasing energy levels while reducing fatigue and tiredness and increasing mental focus and concentration. It also stimulates the mobilisation and oxidation of fats, thereby increasing the availability of fuel for muscle work, optimising the availability of glycogen stores.
