Milk is a nutritionally dense food, with a significant supply of minerals, vitamins and proteins, which is why we have tried to bring out its full potential by using its two main fractions:
The whey protein fraction, which includes Whey protein (30%) and Isolate (10%). A renewed supply of casein, from Micellar Casein (60%), obtained by filtration, thus maintaining its native structure. The reason for making this mixture is not only to obtain a protein of high biological value, with all the essential amino acids or to have one of the proteins with the highest DIAAS (Digestible Indispensable Amino Acids Index) score, the main reason is to obtain a protein with a more complete absorption spectrum.
Night Recovery Cream 2.0 is formulated with GRASS FED protein sources of high biological value, as it comes only from grass-fed cows without the use of antibiotics or growth hormones and provides all the essential amino acids necessary for growth and maintenance of physiological functions.
Directions for use
Dissolve 2 scoops (40g) of product with 150-200ml of water, milk or vegetable drink and stir until desired texture is achieved. Take 30 minutes before bedtime.
