Apply shampoo to wet hair, gently massage into scalp and rinse thoroughly. Then apply conditioner to the ends and mid-lengths of the hair and leave in for a few minutes before rinsing. Finally, apply the treatment directly to the scalp and massage gently. No rinsing is needed.
