Vitis Protesis Toothbrush

Vitis Protesis Dental Brush is a product specially designed to keep synthetic dentures and other removable oral devices clean. It has two types of bristles to easily clean all internal and external surfaces.

Dentures and other appliances that are inserted in the mouth must be taken care of. This is because bacterial plaque can easily proliferate both on their surface and on the part that directly faces the gums. In order to keep your gums and natural teeth in good condition, this toothbrush has the following features:

• The two types of filaments are soft enough not to scratch dentures and other devices. However, they are hard enough to efficiently remove food debris from even the most difficult places.
• The handle has a slightly different design than normal brushes. As these devices are cleaned outside the mouth, they have to be held differently. It contains a space to rest your thumb so that you can hold it comfortably and scrub without exerting too much force. This means that the hands are not tired after cleaning.

It is suitable for use on removable prostheses, removable orthodontic appliances and unloading splints.

The white bristles are used to clean the outer surface of the replacement denture, while the blue bristles are used to clean the inner and small areas. It is important to always clean oral appliances after each main meal to further prevent bacterial growth. On the other hand, do not scrub too hard so as not to scratch the material or break it due to the force of the hand.

This brush should be changed every 3 months at the latest. The main reason for this is that after this time the bristles are already very worn. Therefore, the removal of plaque is negatively affected. In addition, it becomes an accessory that facilitates the proliferation of bacteria.

This product cannot be used inside the mouth at any time. On the other hand, it must be kept clean and dry to prevent the proliferation of bacteria on its surface and bristles.
