Vitacrecil Complex is a food supplement developed by Laboratorios Viñas as a healthy option to help keep nails and hair in good condition. Its main function is to provide the body with the nutrients necessary for proper hair nutrition.

Its active ingredients include zinc, biotin and cystine. The former contributes to the maintenance of normal hair and nails. The latter is an essential vitamin for strengthening and giving vitality to the hair. Cystine is a sulphur-containing amino acid that is part of the formation process of keratin, one of the main proteins present in hair and nails.

Its formulation is suitable for coeliacs, lactose intolerant people and vegans, as it does not contain gluten, dairy derivatives or ingredients of animal origin.

This food supplement is mainly indicated for people who have problems maintaining normal hair and nails. It is not recommended for children. It is indicated for adults. If you suffer from other pathologies, consult a doctor before starting treatment.

The recommended dose for this food supplement is 2 capsules per day.
