TULGRASUM Sterile Dressing 10 x 10 cm is a medical device specially designed to protect superficial skin lesions. It is made of hydrophilic cotton wool uniformly moistened with a cream containing high molecular weight hyaluronic acid and carnosine. This product is suitable for burns, cuts, abrasions, bedsores and diabetic ulcers. It is completely sterile and painless to remove, as it has no adhesives.

It aids in the healing and scarring process in a natural way. It also regulates and protects the microenvironment of the wound, thus acting as a barrier against external agents. In this way, it helps to minimise the risk of infection. In addition, it improves epithelialisation, as it helps to maintain optimal pH values, and promotes proper hydration and suppleness of the skin. It is also breathable, another feature that favours proper healing.

It is easy to apply and adapt. It correctly absorbs the exudate produced by the lesion and allows correct blood circulation. Due to its soft texture, it does not cause discomfort and provides a feeling of comfort. It does not leave particles or residues on the skin. As it does not cause skin irritation, it is suitable for all skin types, even the most sensitive. It should be changed every 6/12 hours to be most effective.

TULGRASUM Sterile Dressing 10 x 10 cm contains: Water, white soft paraffin, vaseline oil, cetostearyl alcohol, ketomacrogol 1000, potassium sorbate, sodium dihydrogen phosphate, lactic acid, sodium hyaluronate and carnosine.
