Aqua, Alcohol, Carbomer, Calendula officinalis extract, Hamamelis virginiana bark/twig extract, Plantago major leaf extract, Echinacea purpurea flower/leaf/stem extract, Chamomilla recutita extract, Bellis perennis extract, Achillea millefolium extract, Arnica montana extract, Symphytum officinale rhizome/root extract, Hypericum perforatum flower/leaf/stem extract, Sodium hydroxide.
Apply twice daily, massaging into the skin where there is muscle tension. If necessary, it can be applied more times.
