Directions for use

Body Apply directly to the body or to the palm of the hand and then massage with circular movements. Face Apply to the palm of the hand and then massage the face and neck with upward movements. Hair 1 spray on short hair or 2 sprays on long hair. Apply from mid-lengths to ends, massaging gently. Can be used on dry or damp hair.
